Campsite Keeper

A real-time maintenance reporting platform for RV parks and campgrounds that empowers guests to report issues instantly via QR codes, keeping facilities pristine and staff organized.

  1. 01 Scan

    A guest scans the QR code at their campsite. The report page opens on their phone, already set to their site.

  2. 02 Report

    They say how urgent it is and what's wrong. The report reaches the park in real time.

  3. 03 Respond

    Staff see every report on one dashboard. They assign it, mark it resolved, and the site goes back to green.

    At an RV park or campground, a maintenance problem is often seen first by a guest. Reporting it has to take seconds, and staff have to see it straight away.

  2. 02 What we built

    A real-time maintenance reporting platform. Guests report an issue from their own phone by scanning a QR code, and every report lands on a dashboard where staff assign and resolve it.
